I had to work 12 hours today. during the DAY. I hate day shifts I work probably 90% nights but this month I have 4 days to do. One down! I actually work tomorrow night - not sure if I should try and stay up late now or take a nap and get up 3am and then sleep again tomorrow afternoon. Not feeling tired so will probably just go with however I am feeling.

Hope everyone has more exciting or relaxing plans for the weekend than I do

My FBS has been a bit higher than normal for me lately. I hit 8.0 yesterday and 7.8 today. all the other values have been fine - maybe a tiny bit higher than normal - 5's and 6's. Dunno what is going on. I don't usually have dawn phenomena. Oh well. Not stressed as I am eating fine so the numbers will come down again in a few days. I have to brag. I got my latest HbA1c last week and it was 39. Well chuffed with that

hi, thankyou i sure hope she will, she is heavy so too embarrassed to go to the gym, so im really hoping we can all get bit of extraa exercise, the kids too my littlest wanted to come to the gym (she is my shadown and does everything with me when im t home including the shed, minus the nail gun lol) but they had a no under 14s policy so that will be cool

i have done some nights over the years and its awful for me anyway, it makes me feel ill, i dont know how you cope, its like jet lag, takes me 2 weeks to get over a florida trip

oh and by the way, if anyone ever fncies trying it, dont spend 500 quid on nail gun nails, it oblitertes the wood and you have to spend 80 quid in b&q buying screws lol....grumbling....learning curve....grumble

Lewis just goes from strength to strength although it did look a bit hairy in lap one with the head to head with Rosberg-I thought it was gonna end in disaster at one point!! Phew! Great to see some new tracks too!

@Andy I wish I could build one of those in my garden! Excellent job mate! Although my missus would take over it and fill it with a hot tub,jukebox,bar and games room!

The Likely Lads and later Whatever happened to The Likely Lads was great viewing back in the late 60's one of the great British sitcoms. Terry and Bob were 'The Likely Lads' .........alias actors Rodney Bewes and James Bolam.
