It was kind of an experiment.
I was seeing what a week of eating over 100g of Carbohydrates each day would do to me. I wanted to see if my body could cope with that level - which it has.
I don't think it's a success though as I've put on 1Kg and the morning fasting readings are higher than I'd like.
