    Oh well I know what I'm going to eat shortly - halloumi lightly fried in EVOO, while I still can. It's mostly been regularly available in the Co-Op but you have to be careful not to pick up the low fat version by mistake.

    Currently I also have Wells Alpine, hard and nutty from Norfolk, and some Red Storm red leicester. Next week I'll top up with more Vacherin Mont d'Or.

    Got some Cambazola cheese while out shopping earlier, it's a triple cream, brie-style blue cheese.
    I really like it but it is a milder cheese ...
