All your numbers look good to me Paul, especially so, when you consider what you have been through in recent years. Kidney GFR as good as it gets, that's a huge improvement if my memory still serves. Cholesterol numbers good, according to the medics, as you know, I don't take cholesterol numbers other than trigs and HDL too seriously. The NHS has no way of checking the size of LDL particles, so the numbers don't mean much.

As for the HbA1c results, you are doing far better than most. NHS audited stats prove it. Well done mate.

I suppose I'm lucky compared with you Chris I don't have any other issues that would affect LDL all I do know is that consuming sat fats does not have any effect on mine.

Ah well that Alzheimers will get you in the end.

Actually my problem is that I remember EVERYTHING but my recall is shot, I have to go through all the names of people I used to know before I get to the one I am talking to, which I often don't remember until I'm talking to the next person whose name I have forgotten. Once I called Colin Ben - then I realised that Ben was his dog. Not only that but the dog had died . . .
