    Had some blood test results today, some good some not so good.

    Hba1c up to 46 from 43
    eGFR. 77
    Total cholesterol 6.8
    HDL 1.9
    Trigs 0.8
    LDL 4.5
    ratio HDL to total 3.6
    ratio Trigs div HDL less than 0.5

    Gamma GT up to 73 from 45
    Bilirubin 11
    Alkaline phosphatase 59
    ALT 17

    serum total protein 70
    sodium 133
    potassium 4.5
    urea 4.3
    serum creatinine 83
    AKI warning stage 0

    Any thoughts?

    Probably nothing that being younger wouldn't cure. Sorry I'm not helping much am I?

    Hi Chris,
    With Conn's difficulties with leaking potassium so I overdid the blueberries and strawberries and increased the ggt. I hear that in low carb some saturated is not so good as others so I should perhaps up the coconut fat.

    Thanks Jan have a good weekend the weather has well and truly broken up here with maximum temperature today 15°c. Grass had greened up and we are due of more heavy rain tomorrow..

    Thanks Jan, have a good weekend
    The weather has well and truly broken up here with a maximum temperature today 15°c.  Grass has greened up and we are due of more heavy rain tomorrow..
