Perhaps Strictly is a love it or hate it programme?
Now me I love it ..... Eddie hates it and once again had his headphones on watching something on his computer.
I still think Scott should have been the one to go
Anyway Halloween Theme next Saturday ....let's see what happens.
All the best Jan

I've only watched it once this series Jan. I haven't watched X Factor at all. I don't know why really, I used to like them both, but I just can't be bothered to watch them now. Maybe it's just not worth fighting with the family when they want to watch something else.

Again it is Saturday night and Jan is transfixed on the excremental dross known as Strictly Come Dancing. Tonight I witnessed a complete travesty of the the fabulous dance known as the Pasa Doble performed by Andy Murray's mum. This is how it should be done. Dance, a pure art form. BTW I was once a competition ballroom dancer, yes I know what you are thinking, and you are right, I was piss poor, but I saw some of the greats. Check this out. Click on full screen, turn the sound up and enjoy.

Well ....I enjoyed the show again tonight. I too used to be a ballroom dancer. Better at Latin than ballroom .....and I still have my medals to prove it !
Will be watching Sunday nights results show and it's Blackpool for the dancers next weekend - can't wait.
All the best Jan

Hi Jan, my wife was a good ballroom dancer and also had the medals, and I'm reluctant to reveal this but I also had a medal mainly due to going to my Auntie and Uncles school of dancing in my early teens. Needless to say it was a fleeting passage in my life
I do know despite his protestations Eddie is a big fan of strictly so this Salsa video is for him

Time will tell ......
Has anyone got any favourites .....
Enjoy your Saturday

Well...... I can definitely say I think I'm the biggest Strictly fan on this Forum
I did enjoy last night's theme of 'Around the World' but much as I've enjoyed watching Brendan and Sunatra (sorry may have spelt her name wrong!) ...just have a feeling this weekend may be her last.
Guess who will be watching the results show tonight
All the best Jan

Sorry to have to say, but its programs like Strictly Come Dancing , which is why refuse to pay my TV licence.
The quality of programs the BBC is churning out these days is absolutely diabolical and Strictly Come Dancing is a prime example. It certainly won't get a 10 from me.
I was not so bad with the BBC, when they where running Open University programs late at night on BBC2, which I found educational and riveting.

I love their p*ss taking during a bush tucker trial! I'd be rolling on the floor at some of the celebs reactions over the years-especially Paul Burrells famous one when he was crying with his hand in that tree! LOL
