I did resist.  Don't know where that bit of willpower popped up from but thank you. If you're around tomorrow for England vs Fiji it would be much appreciated.

Far too much actual food rather than fat. Chicken, salad, olives,  Peanut butter pushed the protein up. Back to bpc as the main stain tomorrow. Last day tomorrow.  Weight day Saturday. Mfp ratios below.

    Morning troops

Late to bed (2pm) and up early (6pm). Had chicken drumstick and tablespoon of cream cheese just before bed so that I think is reflected in this morning numbers or is it really fasting bloods. Oh well.

Still having tech difficulties on the flog so given up posting there for now. Far too busy to be bothered onion peeling my home ip address.

BPC just now. Will stick with these for the day and I'm counting the chicy cheese as brekkie

    STATS

    Fasting bloods 6.9
    Blood ketones 0.4

@Baruney - fasting BGL is only valid after 8 hours of no nutritional content consumed.

Felt absolutely exhausted today, can't think why. Oh yes! The birthday party. All singing all dancing, and dancing and eating and dancing - I was trying to offset the eating and imbibing by dancing most of the evening, but I still ate maximum carbs, and drank more than a few reds.
I actually stayed in bed for most of the morning.
    BGL5.1 ketones 0.4
Low carb pecan sandwiches and a Bulletproof cocoa in the afternoon and almost a return to the ballpark, withBGL 4.9 and ketones1.1
    I am slightly amazed.
@nom, if you are unwell, stop, we know you can do it!

    Morning troops

End of the fat fast and been reviewing my aims for the week overall happy with the results.

Fasting bloods 5.5 on the Nexus and 5.3 on the optium. Originally stated wanted to be under 5. Happy the Nexus not broken. Reckon if able to run this session would be lower.

Blood ketones 0.7. OK. Happy with that and reckon that would be higher with a bit of phys.

Weight lost half stone. 5llb on water fast. 2llb on fat fast. OK with that. Again reckon would be more with exercise as cal restricted. Wanted to push it on the exercise front this time so up for a 3 day fat fast in 3 to 4 weeks time if anyone else wants in?

About 150 Cal's over the 1k but ratios good at 85% fat. Now to not worry about the Cal's but restrict carbs and monitor protein. Still resting but can cope with that having seen the rugby world cup schedule on the TV today.

Will take the dog for a meander later and hopefully ease in to some light running by the end of the week. Have 3 games of racketball to play by the end of the month or will be demoted in this months league.

Looking forward to getting back to cooking.

Sleep pattern needs sorting out. On ff found I didn't need as much at night. Avg. 4 to 5 hours but bit flakey mid arvo.

Feeling good and ready for the next stage.

Epic fail on this fat fast! Sad

I did try - just beaten by some weird head cold that wasn't a head cold but, a head cold is the nearest description I can find for my non head cold head cold.

Up for another in 3 weeks time ... @Baruney you can count me in!  thumb-up

Well done to the other participants on their success - surprised you did so well without me!  lol!

Seriously though, I think it's safe to conclude it's been another veritable success, at least for you guys!  clap
