    Hi All sorry been MIA and silly busy hope everyone is ok? Yesterday listening too radio 4 at work at around next week they have mark porter (think him) doing a piece on Low Carb and weight loss.

    Is during the afternoon but l see also on in the evening and you can get the podcast
