Yet another cold :-(

Oh joy my husband has given me his cold he has had all last week. I thought l dodged it but no Saturday afternoon in it slammed one second l was fine and literally next second throat felt like a brillo pad scraping it.
Now got an intermittent voice that swings to all octaves high and low to totally silent and all the other joys of a bad cold.

No point looking at bloods they will be all over worse than a head of long hair in gale force winds

Thanks everyone if l didn't love my cook aka husband l would kill him for this l need to get fitter the first OCR of my season is June 20th followed a week later by 2nd race and l am still trying to get into this running lark not to good but improving slowly

Sorry MUD but what is OCR ? Glad to hear you're improving, albeit slowly. I used to run regularly, not far, 3 miles or so but I done it a couple of times a week, every week for a few years. I can honestly say it never ever got any easier lol ! I'm not designed for running.

Uggs sorry yes Jan Obstacle Course racing but l have Reaper Summer Solstice midnight race on the 20th June the following week my 53rd birthday l have Total warrior Leeds and then mix of night and day races.

Also got into marshal work at the races covering obstacles so have about 5 lined up as well.
