Is there one superfood?
I am wondering in light of us all being different, is there one food that everyone loves/likes, obviously it can't be meat due to vegetarians, it has to be reasonably healthy due to folks that only eat healthy, my initial guess was jelly lol but I know Zand don't do jelly, so is there anything that EVERYONE eats? Lettuce? Cabbage? Mushrooms? Is there a food that unites our differences? A stoopid question? Lol probly!

I get antsy if there are no eggs in the house. They might be considered a superfood, but I don't think Zand likes them.
What about ice cubes? Very versatile. Good for pain relief or popping in your gin.

Yeh, it's my own fault for consuming far too many artificial sweeteners in the past.....now I'm older, wiser and fatter.

lol I can see this thread is going to expose just what a fussy eater zand is! I'll go with the ice cubes, very good for making a drink of sparkling water more special.

Re: Is there one superfood?
For me it has to be eggs. The most nutrient packed food on the planet.

Re: Is there one superfood?
Eggs, avocados, butter ...
I like spring onions, probably don't get them enough. They're great BBQd but someone will probably tell me now that destroys all their benefits (except taste lol).

Re: Is there one superfood?
Hmmm I like everything so far
I reckon ice cubes is brilliant though hard to see someone not liking ice cubes, even if they don't like drinking water

This thread is being derailed, please can we return to the OP's original question "Is there one super food" If members continue to go off topic the thread will be locked without further warning. Re: Is there one superfood?
OK back to super foods then. I agree that eggs are extremely nutritious, practical and good value for money. But how do you guys actually manage to eat them? They are disgusting! They taste awful, look awful, smell awful and the texture is disgusting. Yuck....how can anyone put that in their mouth? I feel sick at the thought of it....then there's the fact that they are just a hen's period!
I still wish I liked them but I guess I never will........and it's got nothing to do with the wooden spoon.

Re: Is there one superfood?
That's worrying because I don't like half of those! How do you make yourself like the taste/texture/smell/look/thought of something? I would really like to eat everything on that list, but I can't.

Zand, the list of what you don't like is longer than a Jew's memory. Have you considered the possibility you are supporting the wrong football team.
