Sorry to have gone AWOL so soon after joining, but life seems to get in the way sometimes and I have to take a 'timeout'.
But I've caught up with all the posts now, good and 'strange' (Trying to be polite ) and now ready to join in again.
I have now come down to 60g carbs a day and feeling great. Lots more energy and concentration levels have improved too - even sleep better most nights. I really wish I had followed this plan from the start, but better late than never. And .... 12 lbs lost
I have tried the Christmas Pudding recipe - really lovely and got the thumbs up from OH too, so that's a winner for the big day. Thanks for the recipe Jan
In fact, festive menus have now been planned, agreed to and some even cooked/frozen. I'm sounding quite organised, but not got round to doing any present shopping yet.
OH is suffering from a cold, (sorry - 'man flu'), so I better put my nurse's kit on to tend to his poorly needs .....
