From Michael Joseph at Nutrition Advance:

10 Quick and Easy Low Carb Desserts

While sticking to healthy meals is optimal, some people enjoy a sweet-tasting dessert from time to time.
For those who are doing a low carb diet, it can be challenging to find something suitable.
After all, most store-bought cakes and cookies are far from being low-carb friendly.
However, there are many lower carb options that we can make at home, and they don’t have to be too complicated.
This article presents ten quick and easy low carb desserts, and it takes less than 10 minutes to make most of them.
Each one contains minimal levels of carbohydrate and contains no added sugar, wheat flour, or oils.

    1) Strawberry Jam Cottage Cheese Pancakes

    2) Macadamia Nut Cookies

    3) Keto Creamy Hot Chocolate

    4) Berries and Vanilla Cream

    5) Berry Chia Seed Pudding

    6) Sour Blueberry Yogurt

    7) Dark Chocolate Caramel Cake

    Cream Cheese Peach Jelly

    9) Dark Chocolate Mousse

    10) Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte

Low Carb Desserts Are a “Treat”
Hopefully, you can find something in these recipes that you might enjoy, but just a quick note; many people tend to overdo it on low-carb desserts (and “fat bombs”).
While these recipes/ingredients are much healthier than the sugar and oil-heavy store-bought options, they should still only play a small part in a healthy diet.
The healthiest low-carb diets are those that are predominantly based around whole foods.

    Baked Apples : Low Carb

Quick and Easy Low Carb Desserts Lowcarbbakedapples

This recipe suggestion is from Anne Aobadia at Diet Doctor site, she says:
"Smells like apple pie... tastes like a dream. This easy take on low carb baked apples comes together in no-time. Don't forget the luscious finishing touch—a dollop of whipped cream"

    Ingredients:
    Four Servings
    7g carb per serving
2 oz. / 50g butter, at room temperature
    1 oz. / 30g pecans or walnuts
    4 tablespoons coconut flour
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tart/sour apple
    For serving
    ¾ cup / 175ml heavy/double whipping cream
    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Note:
These baked apples can be served with whipped cream, full-fat crème fraiche, mascarpone, or a slice of cheddar. If you’re allergic to nuts you can simply exclude them or substitute sunflower or sesame seeds to keep the crunch.
