    Presumably after The Truth About Carbs the BBC were spanked for not including a Registered Dietician (someone once asked if they were registered in the same way as sex offenders)

    Well this time they had an actual professor to counter Aseem and David Unwin

    Just listened to the extended interview with Levy  Evil or Very Mad seems we low carb proponents make a lot of noise about our fad diet  Laughing the most ridiculous statement though was that a traditional Greek diet was much like the eatwell plate  Rolling Eyes yes I bet the Greeks started the day with a nice bowl of cereal with skimmed milk
