Chocolate paleo seed bars is easily adapted to whatever seed that you like, or can tolerate. They can be dressed up with a drizzle of melted chocolate too, for those kids" (or adults) "who need a little more encouragement to give up their favourite sugar laden muesli bar.
Ingredients
300g / 10.5oz seeds of choice
50g / 1.8oz ground flaxseed/linseed
3 eggs
50g / 1.8oz coconut oil
2tsp vanilla
2tsp ground cinnamon
1/4cup granulated sweetener of choice or more, to your taste
1/4cup cacao nibs
1cup shredded/desiccated unsweetened coconut
1/3cup cocoa powder unsweetened"
