    Well not technically about diabetes but obesity, but at least they are looking at glucose spikes and not blaming "too much fat" like yet another disappointing piece of crap I just read.

    For once the programme might be worth watching, but I expect "for reasons of balance" they will wheel on Catherine Collins or Alison Tedstone.

    Interesting it's a big plus that so many are being monitored, will make a point of watching thanks Chris

    Her one saving grace is that she is not (yet) as fat as Sian Porter, who does NOT look the picture of radiant health at all.

    Hey Chris was going to tune in tomorrow to watch the programme but it turns out it was broadcast on January 27 2016, will have a look on bbc iplayer and see if its still available

    Oh bugger Sad Sorry about that, I found it delving on Twitter. Strangely I missed it at the time, probably it looked like the usual terminal crap from the write-up. Especially since they put out the least clueful programmes around/after New Year, like that recent appalling Horizon.
