Ingredients
Donuts:
1/2 cup Coconut flour
1/4 cup Swerve Sweetener or other erythritol
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp stevia
Oil for frying (coconut, grapeseed, etc.)
Coating:
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener or other powdered erythritol

Him and a few other low carb antis. How dumb he and so many others look now eh. Everything in moderation they say, yeah except crap that raises BG through the roof.
