Usually I eat a small breakfast and then nothing or not much until any time between late afternoon and late evening when I have my main meal. Then I might have a snack or two later.
Recently I've been alternating between being active - long walks or feeding the garden through the shredder - and sitting indoors watching the rain and eaither reading on the computer or in books, or catching up on bills/paperwork.
Strangely I'm noticing that on the inactive days I seem to be having to stop and snack. This is the exact opposite of when I was on the low fat diet, when I'd have to carb up every couple of hours when I was active.
Has anyone else noticed they eat more when they do less?
