    Always good to see things like this in the news. I'm not to sure how much we actually benefit from these things but nice to see an occasional positive diabetes post in the news.

    I haven't time to read the article just now *is skiving* but the headline is grating on me. I hate that phrase "diabetes sufferers". Can't put my finger on it, but it grates every time. Grrr! Maybe it's because I suffered with feeling rotten before diagnosis and now I feel great.

    Not taking anything away from most of the folks on here, but there is nothing special about us, we are just ordinary people who looked a bit further. This is especially tragic when you think of how many are suffering terribly from diabetes related complications. Almost all diabetics could have it under control, and not be sufferers, still a long way to go my friends.
