    The settings are great with some nice back drops - I have no idea where it was filmed though.

    The book was for sale at 'Sainsburys' today JK Rowling sure knows how to write a good book ..... but I didn't buy it - perhaps I should have  Question

    A lot of it was filmed in Painswick. The 'naughty' shop and high street was there. Several locals thought the shop was for real and complained Smile Also Northleach I believe, but I don't know that area very well. The place where the guy collapsed in the middle of the road in the first episode was Minchinhampton. I think there were snippets of Tetbury too?

    Yes we enjoyed that too. And some of the town bits and the place where the boats were was Clevedon lol

    Did anyone watch the NHS £2billion show last night ? Quite an eye opener looking at difficult choice in funding that have to be made. I felt sorry for a couple who were refused help from a dementia nurse, the amount was only £375 per year.

    Didn't see this show ..... but the choices that have and need to be made are never easy, I just do not think there is an easy answer to the funding problems that the NHS have, and realistically I think it will worsen. Crying or Very sad

    What a fabulous sunny day today ..... I was fortunate to spend part of it in Hampshire and the countryside was looking great in the sun .....despite there being frost on many of the fields. I just love cold sunny days - they make you glad to be alive. Hope the weekend will be nice - have to wait and see, may just have to get out and about, even if it's a stroll to the pub.

    Did you see the colour of the dress thing? I sat and showed the wife the picture that was clearly white and gold, she saw it blue and black, the same picture at the same time, now this is either s vivid dream or aliens have been testing on us, wtf!

    it was just a naff photo that's all. If we saw the actual dress we would agree on the colour. (Except maybe one or two of us who just luv to argue) Rolling Eyes Smile

    I saw a pic this morning and clearly gold & white but I swear the same pic a couple of hours later was blue & black ! WTF !

    You guys are seriously weird. The colours don't change just because you cover the white. You just don't see the white (duh obviously because it's covered) nothing else changes.

    put your finger across the middle section and wait 3 seconds, it worked on my phone and on the computer, they are definitely the same
