Even though I am banned from DCUK I still get the marketing and sales guff, evidently I am a 'valued member' lol!

Check this link out to a PDF the 30 day low carb meal plan they sent me recently. I have only had a quick scan but there are some great food ideas and recipes, some are a long way from being low carb by our standards, but as I say some real good info.

We've just printed this off, and we will be using some of the recipe ideas.

It has some great pictures and food ideas with nutritional details such as carb count.

If you can it's well worth your time printing it off too ....... Smile

    All the best Jan

I am puzzled by the blood glucose selfie guy on their main page. Top left with specs. His reading is 2.8.

    Is that not helluva low?

Just checked the image over there and you're dead right!! Shocked

As much as I don't buy into the whole "4 is the floor" thing-2.8 is not a good place to be for sure! What a Face

    Cheers

Never thought I'd say this but praise where praise is due as some of grub on the plan is pretty damn good! Cool
