This was me back in my school days, no surprises there eh ! Happy days. I often wonder if this lark put me on the road to my love of sado masochism, them's the breaks. affraid

Type two diabetic-low carb diet (50 carbs per day) and two 500mg Metformin pills per day. Apart from diagnosis HbA1c almost 12-all HbA1c results none diabetic. For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

Well I reckon your experiences at the hands of the demon headmaster paid dividends as 20 years later Eddie...

    Disclaimer

I received a phone call an hour a go from a very irate member. Evidently some members might be very annoyed and may well have taken my light-hearted spoof about butt spanking as an insult or a negative comment on their lifestyle. Please be assured whatever rows ya boat is cool with me. BTW I see the rubber boy has posted more piccies over at the flog, a marked improvement I reckon, but hey, what do I know. I just wish I could hold BG numbers like him on the junk he says he eats.
