Ingredients:
25g ground almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 heaped teaspoons of xylitol (optional) I never use sweetener
I large egg
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon double cream
1 level tablespoon of cocoa
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt the butter I used a Pyrex jug, add the egg, cream, then add the dry ingredients and mix. Microwave in a 700 watt for 1 minute 20 seconds.
