I love old music and this is another tune I like from yesteryear although listen out at 2:05 as it reminds me of a shite program my parents used to watch in the 80's called Crossroads! affraid

Crossroads ....now I can remember back in the late 60's my friend and I rushing back from School so we could watch Crossroads which used to be on at 4.20pm. Mind you I can also remember watching 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E. with Robert Vaughn and David McCullum, which was on Thursday evenings - it was a regular girls get together night..Oh the memories .....showing my age. Smile

Getting back to the music I like The Byrds 'Tambourine Man'

    All the best Jan

I remember listening to it on Kenny Everett's radio show in the late 60s - he was also championing the then-unknown Harry Nillsson at the time.

    Good stuff Zand Very Happy

About the best gig I ever went to was Springsteen in 1981 on the 'River' tour. We got tickets at random which turned out to be six rows from the front and they played virtually non-stop for over 2 hours.

Sorry guys I seem to be hogging this thread right now.  I've been listening to these two today because I'm feeling down and they always make me smile.  They just belong together so I won't split them up. Now I'll leave you in peace for a while, I promise.

This for me is the best act ever to appear at Glastonbury that I have seen. A faultless effortless performance by star singers and musicians. Worth standing in the mud and rain I reckon.

Great drum sound. Sid, I love him and his 17 grams of cornflakes and a splash of semi skimmed milk. Completely batshit, but interesting, sometimes. The DCUK management love him, a walking chemist shop, get all them meds down ya ! A big pharma star and un-paid hero. He will be with DCUK until the end, they love him. A 100% top notch junk salesman.
