Re: So much action I'm falling apart
Yes I can see it but why would they try and stop me keeping track of friends progress? After all those thousands of posts, I never had a pop at the forum, just the managements methods

But it says in the rules that you get 3 warnings first before a ban and then 3 bans before a life ban. And you got a life ban straight away? When you had helped so many people? Uh? That's very strange.

They pulled the same childish thing on Eddie, you can get round it by using a free proxy server https://www.hidemyass.com/ this is the one Eddie uses.

Say whatever you like, you know what is legal, and what is beyond the realms of common decency. Never confuse this place with the Gulag known as DCUK.
Precisely and if I've ever come across as a stalinist mod in any way that members feel unable to talk about anything and everything then I will step down...I'm greedy you see as I want lot's of newbies to help AND a place where NOTHING is off limits(Apart from nutters like Jona) as I hate censorship but I'm getting vibes that certain subjects are driving some existing members and newbies away so I thought I'd bite my tongue on certain subjects for a while(For the greater good and all that) but I failed as when I see bullshit elsewhere than I HAVE to highlight it otherwise it's just a 'Play it safe' diabetes forum like all the rest of them out there and I want this place to carry on being 100% different from all that.
Best Regards
Paul

It's fine being able to read it now but just seems harsh treatment

Re: So much action I'm falling apart
Me too Andy ! I can't even log out lol ! I can't see any posts. I emailed DCUK enquiring about my ban and why it was for life ( bit harsh ) but no reply ! What a surprise ! Not really concerned now. When I could read it, I found it really frustrating anyway so maybe I'm better off not knowing the ridiculous posts made by certain people !

Did you try clearing all your browsing data and cookies first and then re-setting your broadband router,ie,not just turning it off and on again but looking for the little hole in the router thats marked 'reset' and inserting a sewing needle into it to press the hidden button?

I'm afraid it is at the moment...or at least trying to be anyway but some of the good guys are vocally sticking up for LCHF.
It doesn't help either that there's one of the low carb naysayers that has been given a mods job last week.

Re: So much action I'm falling apart
Launch Safari.
1. Click "History" in the Safari menu bar and click " Clear History" at the bottom of the dropdown.
2. Click Safari in the Safari menu bar and select "Reset Safari"
Uncheck the boxes next to all items.
Just select "Clear history" by clicking the box next to it.
Press "Reset" button at the bottom of pop-up.
Best.
this i googled, my history didn't have a reset safari but i clicked clear history I'm going to a reset like Paul said on the router be right back with the results lol

interestingly as id reset everything this website wasn't there so i had to go find it, i searched google for low carb diabetic forum and it dosent come up, how exactly are we going to get new people here if they can't find the site on google? out of interest
