    I was getting this discomfort under the left side of my ribcage.

    Then I started feeling a tingling up and down my left arm. It felt exactly as if a fly was running up and down my arm.

    Actually it WAS a fly running up and down my arm. And the original pain turned out to be a stentorian fart which resembled a speech by Nigel Farage but marginally less offensive.

    I take it you are not a fan of Farage then Chris. I remember years ago, when you made a post regarding one of your bowel movements. It was a grizzly description, and a giant anaconda came to mind. I trust the state of your guts are not going to become a regular feature here. affraid

    Generally since cutting carbs and deleting wheat I have become very regular and unproblematic, so it's a bit of a surprise when something malfunctions.

    I was going to bottle it and send it to Michael Gove but there's no point now, the little shit has been eliminated (pun intended)

    Which leaves the entire Conservative Party Leadership Campaign as a Margaret Thatcher lookalike contest.
