    You are what you eat - AND what your microbiome eats.

    If there was a constant insulin monitor as well as the BG monitor, this would be extremely interesting. A la Joseph Kraft you could change your diet BEFORE your BG was affected.

    Someone pointed out that your gut bacteria weigh more than your brain. This explains trolls, dieticians and politicians among other things.
