Look at the size of the pills I have to get down my neck. Mind you, they have been tested for a very long time. Just add some meat, fish and fat and we have it cracked. Seven and half years in and no side effects. Believe it or not, not a hint of scurvy.

Yes they seem to work very well, as long as you remember NOT to swallow them whole. Don't forget to read the list of side effects on the label. Oh wait a minute, no label, no side effects.

He did Brian and did very well on it too which is quite ironic now he kicks the diet at every opportunity.

I think Sidney done it slightly different though Paul. Low carb, low protein & low fat ! In fact, everything just bloody low ! On the upside, he did learn to play the guitar whilst on this "amazing" diet :-)

Correction that should be a reduced carb diet not low carb, Sid would never admit to using low carb
