    Good little video. I wanted to tell the man with the toast to substitute it for 2 rashers of bacon though. I need to remind myself of this next time I have a bread craving. Smile

    Couldn't  help but feel sorry for the poor guy with all his tablets and the voiceover saying he was managing his diabetes with diet and medication - yet the BG reading was 9.2  woot

    Plus the other diabetic popping her pills with a plate full of potatoes in front of her No

    So many dying early for want of some basic information re. the correct diet for a diabetic. Then we have so many that know the answers, but kid themselves a bag of meds, portion control and low GI will save them. facepalm
