I'll do something (in PowerPoint) over the next few days, and anyone on here who wants a copy to adapt for their own use will be welcome.

Presentation to surgery
After my last DN appointment in March I emailed the practice manager offering to come in and make a presentation on 'how I done it'. They've replied to say the partners and team are all very impressed, and whilst they can't fit in a slot for me to come in and talk to them, they have asked for a written presentation to be sent to them, so that's something.

Re: Presentation to surgery
Thanks Rod. I'd like to take a look at it when complete. If it's anything like your Low Carb post, it'll knock their socks off !

Re: Presentation to surgery
I've now done a draft but will sit on it a couple of days.
If anyone wants a copy (and feedback would be welcome) send me an email to rod dot cameron at btinternet dot com and say if you want a pdf or a PowerPoint file (the latter if you want to use it as a template for your own). Or if you're still on DCUK send me a PM there.
Mrs Sanguine says it's great but 'a bit angry'.

Thanks Rod, well worth a read. Lot of time & effort went into that and I would thoroughly recommend other members to contact Rod for a copy.

Re: Presentation to surgery
Just read through Rod's excellent presentation I just hope his surgery takes it on board, Paul mentioned anecdotal evidence but when his Doctors have actually seen the results of Rod's blood tests and weight loss I think it goes beyond that.
Thanks for the PDF Rod

Thanks to helpful feedback from various sources I will be making some revisions before sending it in. Those who have asked for a copy will get updated copies also.

I've now done a revised version following helpful feedback from a number of people. I've emailed copies to those who asked for them originally.
