I think most who read this Forum have a very high respect for Dr Jason Fung ... and when in his opening paragraph to his article he states " But, we have been betrayed.  By whom?  The story is even worse then you suspect…."

You know it is going to be an eye- opening and worth while read.

Thanks for the link Jill I'd not seen it before, I've just posted it on our blog

I'd like to see Dr. Fung get the Nobel Prize in Medicine soon. He is so pro-active for patient health unlike a lot of doctors. Even if doctors aren't being shills or prostituting themselves for pharma or food industries, the fact that they see their patients getting worse following their advice should make them stop and take note. Other physicians have done this like Drs. Mike and Mary Dan Eades, Dr. Mary Vernon, Dr. Robert Atkins, Dr. Schwarzbein, Dr. Cate Shanahan, to name a few, who started questioning what they were taught and did their own research.

The fact that the internet exists and a lot of people are able to ditch their doctors and heal themselves is a blessing. Forums such as this are indispensable in the research process to good health for many, many people.

Jason Fung is one of my heroes and one star man, but Dr. Richard Bernstein has been saying pretty much the same thing for 30 or 40 years. Now that guy really does deserve a Nobel Prize and I have been saying that for years.
