    sheeesh, im not sure how i feel about this tbh, i don't in theory have a problem with eating crickets, i feed them to my littlens geko, but id have to try it to know if i could bring myself to eat them

    I once ate a low carb anti dietitians laptop, and my pulse never went above 60 BPM, I reckon I'll save the bugs for fishing bait. Bring on the liver, bacon and onions with some mashed swede and carrots.

    Well I did go over and have a look at how this "US student has just spent 30 days on a "bug diet" - eating insects three times a day. Camren Brantley-Rios says traditional meats such as pork and beef are unsustainable - and he wanted to try out what many consider the diet of the future."

    Of course my immediate reaction was UGH .... YUCK and similar but in a  survival situation you would eat bugs and things.

    Thankfully tonight I'm not in a survival situation and it's a nice warming winter pork casserole that will be going in the oven in about 5 minutes .........
