Todays Weigh In

Decided to weigh myself as almost a year from starting my LCHF journey and getting fit now 75kg or 11 stone.
Start weight december last year 105kg or 16.8stone.

Think fair to say l am chuffed also never been fitter for many years :-)

Well Done MID. LCHF is such a brilliant lifestyle choice.

To reinforce our good work ......and I can't remember what thread it was now !

I think in the New Year a few here are going on an exercise / weight loss / get even fitter regime in the New Year. Well regime may be a bit strong .... but we could always do that little bit more to improve our lifestyle / health > .........What do others think ?

Great result MID ! As Jan says, a few of us, myself included, will be trying to shed a few pounds and get some regular exercise ( a walk is fine ) in the New Year. Hopefully we'll get a few more success stories !
