It tickles me that these "cereal killers" will have to climb over Donal O'Neill to get to the top of google tongue

    I love this bullshit !

The makers state  "Serving Size: 1 Cup (33g)"

    Total carbohydrate  30 grams

    Other carbohydrates 13 grams

WTF, work that out if you can. But the good news, saturated fat nil, so it must be a healthy breakfast eh. As endorsed by Duggie the muff diver your new low carb anti poster boy.

I knew a diver, it did not end well. Mind you, very high protein and a fair amount of saturated fat, and virtually nil carb. Those sharks sure know what's good for 'em.

Paul for the sake of family harmony you should gratefully accept the Apple Zings from your MIL Twisted Evil it's the thought that counts.

It could have been worse what if she'd got you a packet of cornflakes Laughing

Hmmm.  I could say, because I have an ironic mindset, that whether you encourage her to or discourage your Mother in Law from eating them, depends very much on how fond you are of her.... Cough, cough.
