    But Duane reckons "low carbohydrate diets have been part of guidelines since 2011."

    So why then don't we see LC offered as an option at DUK their recipe section covers low fat, vegan, vegetarian, low sugar, dairy free etc.

    Hugely amused to see Eddie's retweet of a photo of dieticians which they published themselves bringing out so many rants about "fat shaming". Quite apart from the fact that said dieticians are fat they don't look very healthy. Carb face/wheat face, poor skin and puffy cheeks.

    He really shouldn't antagonise obese diabetics they feel equally opposed to the present erroneous dietary guidelines. Then I suppose Eddie is not known for tact and diplomacy!
    I try to be tactful in most circumstances but my feet are too big and unruly to succeed! : D)
