    Hi Guys,
    Here are my bloods from last week:

    GGT was over 140 three years ago but now down further to 45, if I get it down another 10, I shall be at historical levels of 35.
    ALT 13; bilirubin14; alkaline phosphatase 58
    GFR 78
    HDL 1.6
    Trigs 1.0
    Hba1c. 43 (no meds LCHF)
    bmi 23
    sodium 135
    potassium 4.7
    urea 5
    creatinine 83

    Age 78

    Hi Derek I don't have the reference ranges for your bloods at hand but will check them out tomorrow, that said your GFR, cholesterol and A1c look great
