Naa! this is specifically for Type 2's written by Julie Taplin, Marjory Anderson and Duane Mellor, Dietitians on behalf of the BDA Diabetes Specialist Group. Shocked  Guaranteed to hasten progression of diabetes towards a multi meds regime or insulin but hey the Bad Dietary Association need to keep their corporate partners happy don't they  Question

And remember folks, diabetics should eat "the same healthy diet" as everyone else. Utter bullshit! If their diet is so fucking healthy where did all the diabetics come from in the first place?

"The ideal HbA1c is between 48–58mmol/mol"

no it isn't you clueless muppet, the ideal HbA1c is in the thirties otherwise nondiabetics would all be dropping like flies and have less than the average number of feet.

As soon as I can pry my mouth open far enough to fit it in I'm going to eat a fist-sized portion of fat, a hand-sized portion of meat, a load of veggies and a fingernail-sized portion of starch, just out of sheer spite.
