Something I did the other night which I hadn't had for a while.
Chop some bacon and fry in coconut oil. Add multicoloured peppers, chillies, garlic chopped to suitable sizes. Add a handful of prawns (I used frozen) and when thawed add a can of crab meat or fresh crab if you have one).
Sprinkle on a dash of toasted sesame oil and serve with ground black pepper and sea salt. I cheated and had it with some rice, but then I hadn't had many carbs all day.
Alternatives - lemon juice, lemon grass, or even better lime juice.
