    Hi all, hope all is well here ? I hate not keeping up to date with forum but I'm still on hols but back soon. I'm low carving which is easy here, fresh omelette and jerk chicken etc but I've probs been a bit naughty with Red Stripe :-(
    Must try harder. Look forward to chatting with you all soon and reading your positive stories :-)

    I've had to switch auto correct off. It was getting embarrassing.

    the last straw was when it managed to somehow swap 'stay' for 'apostasy' scratch

    Auto correct - I've ranted enough this week on that subject Rolling Eyes but the prize for its worst offence was in an email I sent as follows :
    " Please ensure that the next consignment also contains the correct order of Sweet Licks as we requested more lasses " ( molasses ) Shocked Rolling Eyes

    Mo you look like a guy we once had painting the outside of our house. He was trying to light a ciggie and burnt his lip so badly that it was blistered. You're a dead ringer for him.

    If anyone fancies a holiday and not sure where to go, try Jamaica. Honestly, it is a low carbers heaven ! Jerk chicken is just amazing and it's everywhere ! It opened my eyes to the amazing variety of foods available to us without resorting to the easy bread and chips option ! Tried yams and bread fruit too which hardly affected my levels and fills the potato gap nicely !
