Twenty one thousand posts

Another thousand posts milestone passed yesterday. We may be small, we may stay small, but we will be staying. If you check out the page views, it is clear to see many are reading our posts. The message is getting out there. All we have to do is keep talking. The future is low carb, the days of vilify natural high quality fats has been consigned to the dust bins of history. The liars and corrupter's have no place to hide, good always conquers evil, but it takes time, there is always a very high price to pay for freedom. Most important of all, is freedom of speech, without freedom of speech, we have nothing. Millions of our forebears died for freedom of speech, but for so many, it appears to have no value. We live in a world where the price for everything is known, but so few know the value of anything, until it is gone.

Good grief, a thousand of them are mine!
