    One of the most ludicrous myths IMNSHO, I haven't been so regular and free of digestive upsets since going low carb. There's obviously plenty enough fibre in my veggies, and the fat helps.

    Last time I nearly had a pump with a lump, so to speak, was shortly after eating wheat after avoiding it for a long while.
