    not all that inspiring - like so many studies I get the distinct impression that the results differ so significantly from all the "anecdotes" that they must be doing it wrong.

    The saving grace though is the stunning list of references, including many of the studies in the sidebar. Something to read on these cold wet winter nights.

    Yup. I'm going to eat some Christmas Pudding (which I bought half price) drowned in cream and brandy and retire to bed. See you in April . . .
