Ours used to be friendly and helpful until they were retrained.
It appears they are better again now, I wonder just how much was spent on training them to be obnoxious in the first place, then retraining them to be helpful again.
I also have to wonder how the doctors themselves feel about having their decisions overturned by receptionists (and nurses) with a list of Rules.
