    Summary: Cholesterol is good; LDL is normally good; modified LDL is bad; SD LDL/glycated/oxidised; easy fixed by LCHF

    Prof Sikaris recent lecture on Youtube is excellent. I found this clarified a lot of questions I had. It is much more scientific than the normal guru assertions. D.
