I checked in here this morning and was delighted to see we have three new members, a record for this place, we don't often get three new members in a week. So welcome aboard new members and thank you for joining. So, I went off to put the kettle on for the first morning cuppa, yes you worked it out, my computers get fired up as soon as I am awake, old habits die hard. Well, before the first brew of the day my phone started ringing. Good grief I have hardly woken up and it's a long time member of the flog giving me ear ache. "Have you been checking out the flog in the last few days" no I replied what's the grief this time. Well, to cut a long story short, the mods had got the natives going berso with the usual thread locking, banning and post deletion antics.
So, the long and the short of it, the Mods make a huge mistake, the rank and file natives get very restless and all hell breaks loose. Ah, I thought, no wonder three flog members checked in here this morning, good job I did not let that occurrence go to my head. As some know we pride ourselves on being 'The Smallest Diabetes Forum In Europe" The last thing we need is more members posting stuff that requires answers from other members or any activity from the mods
So, time will tell, are we an insurance policy for banned flog members, a protest vote, or will we be seeing some great input from the highly knowledgeable and most welcome new members, I certainly hope the latter applies.
Welcome to the crazy world of diabetes, and as many know, I fit right in.
