    I stopped cereals so I have only been having milk in tea and coffee, when I realised to my horror my daily intake of carbs from the milk in my tea and coffee was 35 carbs

    Wow must be drinking gallons of tea, at 5g carbs per 100ml that's 700ml of milk Shocked

    My carb intake from tea would be similar, if I dipped a chocky biscuit in every time lol ! That's a LOT of milk !
