Why I love Twitter.

Around six months ago, maybe a bit more, I was talking to Zoe Harcombe via email and she asked for my Twitter address. I told her I was not a member, but I realised and old renegade like me should be and joined. I recommend you all join, it is a fantastic way to spread the low carb message, and is very quick and easy to use. Not only that, great low carb information is posted up 24/7 so you will also benefit, if you follow the right people. Obviously you should all be following me. OK, head size reduction pill taken, but seriously, there are some great world renowned low carb people on Twitter.

I reported here on Friday, a well known firm of ambulance chasing lawyers, started following me the other day, who have given me a hard time in the past,  a bad day, maybe. But today, a good day on Twitter. I was chuffed to see this morning, a man I have great respect for is now following me, Peter Bruckner.
