So glad you put this up ... I heard Holly Johnson and Gary Barlow being interviewed about this on Radio 2 ... and the story behind it just fits so well.

It's taken from the 'new album' Fly which will have other songs from the upcoming film about 'Eddie The Eagle' that brilliant character from the 80's when he ski-ied for GB.

Graham introduced me to this guy, It's a fact anyone under 70, or still alive, is pretty much alien to me in the music world. Check this guy out, I bought his double CD for a tenner in HMV, well worth it I reckon.

Agreed Mo! I grew up watching re-runs of some mothers do 'ave 'em and although it weren't everyone's cup of tea it had me in hysterics as a slapstick lover! Be good to see ol' Frank back in the saddle!

I had a friend with one of those Morgans - in British Racing Green. He could never get it out of second gear in town. Silly sod had too much to drink and wrapped it round a railway bridge. Both completely dead Sad

WOW! And she looks as good as she sounds.

Big thanks to you and Eddie (mostly) for music night on the blog which I am gradually catching up on in reverse chronological order.

Most of what else I'm listening to is probably too obscure to repost, predominantly from those heady days when I was young, my whole life stretched ahead of me and the world was going to change. Mainly only you and Jools keep me current.
