    My computer has a gremlin in the works! Can't go across to your link ....sure things will improve later.

    However just commenting on the title sunshine helps - it's got to be good.

    The NHS has cast a cloud over this news Sad


    We can pretty confidently sat that the Express' front page splash saying, "Sunlight is key to fighting diabetes", and the Mirror's claim that "Sunshine can make you thin", are both nonsense.

    But hey sunshine is the best way of keeping the Vit D topped up naturally so it is beneficial in that sense Very Happy
