    I followed Marika's tweets up until she was blocked, and Adele Hite too, plus a few others. Lots of good seems to have come from it.

    Zoe Harcombe also covered it, but for subscribers only, and Katharine Morrison reported on the earlier PHCUK conference

    The combination of hard hitters like the BMJ and SwissRe should hopefully push things in a better direction.
