    Back after 6 weeks travelling around South Africa and loved it all. We will be going back soon. I drove around 3800 miles as hub doesn't drive.

    I was brilliant on LCHF diet for first about 3 weeks, then thought..."stuff it this is a holiday, a few weeks out of my life" so l had several home made rolls and pumpkin seeded bread and some puddings the treats were usually about one meal/day the other 2 l was strict with. My bloods actually adjusted very well after the treats.

    Back home late Friday and l am now back on my LCHF diet haven't found it a problem to switch so far.
